Inside most Roth pumps, you'll find self-centering impellers to reduce wear and extend operational performance with reduced maintenance and less down time. Roth pumps are designed for easy seal maintenance and lubrication. Some customers have had their Roth pumps in continuous operation for over 30 years. Roth Low NPSH Chemical Pumps provide continuous, high pressure pumping of non-lubricating and corrosive liquids at only 1 ft.(0.3M) NPSHR. These pumps are designed to pump a wide variety of chemicals including liquefied gases from 4 to 150 GPM with process heads up to 1600 ft. TDH, and temperatures from -150o F to +450o F.Roth Tray Type Deaerators. Roth offer a full line of return stations equipped with ASME Code receivers that handle very hot condensate, 200o F to 250o F, coming from absorption coolers, kettles and other equipment. Stations are equipped with special design Hot Condensate pumps, which deliver 15 to 75 psi discharge pressure at 1750 rpm while handling 250o F condensate at 1 ft. NPSH. Our Tray Type Deaerators are considered the superior choice for capacities to 50,000 lb/hr. The Deaerators remove carbon dioxide from feed water completely and reduce the oxygen content to .005 cc/l or 7 ppb.
